Integration e Monitoring

The Integration and Monitoring office provides a wide range of services and therefore collaborates with a number of other offices, both within the University and beyond.

The office is, in fact, the reference point for those requiring assistance with the Department's services; teachers, technical administration staff, students and all other stakeholders. The office works to facilitate the integration of processes, especially processes that involve external partners, and the links within our administrative Centre, those between administrative Centres, between Management teams and the various University bodies. The Integration and Monitoring service also strives to ensure that the Natural Science's Centre's services operate at maximum efficiency in order to identify and resolve, together with the other Centres, any organisational issues. The Centre's policy is to place the end user at the very heart of all efforts. The office supports the Director and Vice-Director in their strategic and institutional efforts, while also facilitating the work of the Departmental Council and Executive Committee.

  • Assistance with the Centre's services 
  • Dissemination of information within the Department, between University Centres and management offices 
  • Organisation of and support for the Centre's Committee
  • Organisation of regular meetings with University Center managers, which are held in order to exchange information, analyse problems and agree upon proposals to improve services 
  • Business Process Reenginering in collaboration with University Centres and Departmental management staff
  • Support for the University Centres in defining internal and external procedures
  • Collaboration in writing the "Services Card" and the monitoring of all indicators
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys and relative data analysis
  • Data collection and benchmarking for the Departmental Director
  • Data collection and monitoring for transparency and anti-corruption activities

Teaching staff, technical and administrative staff, PhD students, those with student bursaries, assistance researchers, students at the Departments that make up the Natural Sciences Centre, Management, other internal and external stakeholders.

After approval from the board of directors, given on the 26th April 2016, the University of Turin completed, during the course of 2016, a reorganisation of its technical and administrative services.

The entire University has been reorganised into a series of centres; the new model has seen the creation of a single University administration and seven area centres (CLE Centre, Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Centre, Natural Sciences Centre, Economy and Management Centre, Medicine Centre Orbassano and Candiolo, Medicine Centre Turin, Humanities Centre) as the organisational offices which will service the departments, schools, special educational organisations and research centres and which will function alongside the Main University administration centre.

The new organisational structure came into effect on the 1st January 2017. Web site information will, as such, be gradually updated.
